I bet you didn’t even know you absolutely needed this recipe. Some people think sangria is just with red white. Well, guess what? I happen to prefer white so I decided to make my very own absolutely amazing white sangria. This recipe is perfect for this hot Summer. Make it for your dinner party, BBQ, or just to sip around the house by yourself because honestly sharing is NOT caring with sangria. Today, I’m going to show you how to make the best white wine sangria you’ll ever drink.
The Best White Wine Sangria
This recipe comes together really easily. Honestly, the hardest part is cutting the fruit up and adding to the pitcher! It’s so simple, I’m surprised it took me this long to create my own sangria! The fruits you use in the recipe will infuse with the wine and brandy so I chose only my favorite fruits. However, feel free to change it up and add whatever fruit works for you!
The first time I ever tried white wine sangria was when I took a trip with a friend to Maine. She made her own and put it in one of those sports water bottles so we could drink it on the beach. I know, how rebellious of us. The trip wasn’t crazy memorable, but I will always remember how absolutely delicious that sangria tasted on that hot Summer beach. Now, every time I drink it, it brings me back to that day when we had no worries, just delicious illegal sangria.

Recipe for White Wine Sangria
For this recipe I used Moscato because of the sweetness in it. However, most other white wine sangria recipes you will find will recommend drier wines like a riesling instead. I just prefer the sweet taste of moscato and thought it complimented the brandy and fruit beautifully.
The fruits I used for this was strawberries, peaches, oranges, and limes. I was originally going to add an apple, and the only reason I didn’t was because it didn’t fit into the pitcher without overflowing. So, feel free to add an apple to it if it tickles your fancy. For the brandy I chose an apricot one that really added to the fruit vibe of this whole drink.
Unnecessary step, but I also used a bottle of peach seltzer and topped the glass of sangria with it. This gave it a fun sparkling aspect that elevated the drink for me personally. However, I also drank it without the seltzer and it was just as delicious so this step is up to you.
I let the fruits infuse in the drink overnight before I drank it, and I highly recommend doing this if you have the time, patience, and overall willpower to wait an entire day to drink it. Allowing the fruit to infuse into the wine gave it an absolutely delicious taste. However, if you’re not that patient, wait at least an house and get to drinking!
