You guys, it’s finally done. After a few months of getting the room painted, decorated, and getting all the furniture pieces mailed to me, the room is complete. I honestly cannot believe this is my home office. It’s a dream! Some people say you can’t have too much pink. Well, I disagree. Here is my pink and gold home office ready to take on 2020.
Pink and Gold Home Office Tour
First I want to show you a few before photos and of the process. It was no joke. If you don’t remember, we redid this room last year and had chose a completely different palette for that. It was a dark forest green room with lots of rich wood. Think “Rory’s grandfather’s study”. It was really beautiful, but it was also really dark and moody which didn’t help my productive levels at all. All I wanted to do in that room was take a big nap.
Since the room was so dark, it was going to take a lot of work to get it white again. We actually had to sand all of the walls and trim, use a primer and put two coats of white paint on the walls. If I’m being totally honest… it still needs another coat of white paint. I just got so tired of waiting for my pink and gold home office that I skipped that step! One day we’ll finish that.
The Reveal
Is this not the most amazing space you have ever seen for a home office? I never thought I would actually get my “dream office” or a “Pinterest-worthy” office space, but here I am! Everything is so feminine, modern, and just full of color (so much pink!). I definitely want to break down a few of the pieces in the room to help you recreate it for your own!

Couch
This absolutely stunning blush pink couch is from Joybird. This is their Elliot apartment sofa and you can get it here. The fabric color is called Royale Blush and I got the mocha stain on the legs. It’s a firm couch, that may soften over time but I love how structured it is. I didn’t want a fluffy comfy couch in the space, but a modern firmer one to keep the look of the space cohesive. The length of the apartment sofa is pretty small, but it’s very deep! Even with all of the pillows, there is still room to sit. I may have also already napped on the couch!
Coffee Table
This table is from Wayfair and was incredibly cheap! I wanted a small round table that would fill the space in the middle without making the room look too cluttered. I think this worked perfectly! The gold accents tied in beautiful to the rest of the gold in the room. You can get this table here.
Wallpaper
This stunning pink marble wallpaper is from Spoonflower. I can’t speak highly enough about them! The wallpaper is seriously unreal. I chose the peel & stick woven wallpaper for the room. This statement wall really makes the room shine, in my opinion. You can check out their site here, and click here for this specific design!
Mirror
This simple gold mirror is from Wayfair as well! I struggled trying to find an inexpensive mirror that was floor length and could lean against the wall, so I was happy to find this one. It actually has a stand in the back to lean on itself, but I specifically wanted one to lean on the wall. It’s the perfect height for me, but probably wouldn’t work well if you’re much taller without actually mounting it. You can get this mirror here.

Art Prints & Pillows
These quirky little pieces are from one of my new favorite print shops, Frankie Print Co. Run by one person, she makes the most amazingly adorable prints! You can get blankets, pillows, or art prints of any size! Check out her site here!
Rug
Another piece from Wayfair, and honestly my favorite find on that site! I still can’t believe I got an 8 x 10 rug for around $100! I don’t know if the prices are going to stay the same, but I highly recommend checking this rug out if you like the design! You can get it here!
