With the age of technology, comes the age of shopping online. While I still enjoy going to thrift shops or TJ Maxx to get some clothing, I mostly rely on the interwebs. I think that online shopping for clothes can be a hit or miss for some people. Sometimes it’s hard to find clothes that fit. For example, I would NEVER buy jeans online. These hips don’t lie, but those size charts do. However, for tops and dresses here are my 5 go-to online stores for cute clothes!
1. Bellexo
I absolutely have to include this as the first one on my list because I care so much about this shop. I discovered it years ago and bought a few things. It wasn’t until about a year ago I really started to buy lots of my stuff from here and even work with them on some giveaways for my followers on IG. They are based in Whittier, CA as a boutique shop but (obviously) have an online store as well. If you haven’t checked them out, I highly suggest it.
Their clothes are unique and so cute! Here’s a few of their current clothing but please note that since it’s a boutique the clothing constantly go out of stock and never come back! They’re always changing and that’s what I love about them!
2. Ragstock
This is actually a relatively new store for me, as I have only recently discovered them a few months ago. Everything I have gotten from here has been amazing, and one of my absolute favorite pieces is my very famous pink romper I have been rocking all Summer. It’s the first romper that has fit me so perfectly and looked so great!
They also have tons of unique clothing, especially their Ragstock Vintage shop! I purchased this gorgeous dress from here!
3. Amazon
Obviously this is a weird one to put, but I actually buy a lot of my printed dresses and skirts from Amazon! They’re relatively cheap, and I get them in two business days! I usually look up “Grace Karin” in the search bar and go into a deep dive of “related items” and “customers who bought this also bought”. It’s a problem, really.
My goal is to own every single pattern ever of skirts and dresses to match my moods, seasons, time of day, current moon phase, and where Jupiter is currently seen on the star map. One of those was a joke.
Amazon is definitely a site where you just have to kind of know what you’re looking for. It’s just not really built for online browsing. If I don’t look up “Grace Karin” to find the cute printed skirts, I’d be searching through thousands of pretty basic skirts until I found something I liked. Too much time wasted when I could be BUYING ALL THE PRINTED SKIRTS!
4. TJMaxx
I see you, TJ with your online store. I honestly only recently discovered they had an online store which completely changes the game for me. No longer do I have to go in to the blinding fluorescent lights and see the same three dresses all season. Don’t worry, I still go in for the candles and snacks.
TJMaxx is one of my favorite shops to buy in season items at a discounted price from retail. One of my ABSOLUTE favorite pieces I have gotten from here is this yellow crop top. I wish I had it in every color.
Jokes aside, I will definitely still go into the shop and check their clothing out. I actually like trying clothes on in the dressing room there!
5. Rue21
Okay, here’s the thing. If you’re looking for great quality clothing, this is not the place to go. If you’re looking for something super cute and trendy for a wicked cheap price, Rue21 is your gal. Most of their clothing is catered to teenagers, but I have bought tons of stuff from here and I’m far from a teenager (in age, not maturity level. Duty is still a funny word to me).
The top in this photo was from Rue21!
Some of the stuff they carry are women’s straight and plus sizes, men’s sizes, as well as shoes, beauty, and accessories. You also get free shipping on orders over $50. If you’re on a budget but also want to look cute, this is definitely the shop for you. They constantly have sales going on so I definitely recommend checking back every so often for some new deals!
With Fall approaching quickly, it’s time for us to refresh our wardrobes! I know I am! These are my absolute go-to places to look for clothing. Some runner ups that didn’t make the list because I seldom shop from them is Forever 21, ASOS, Banana Republic, ModCloth, and Poshmark. All great stores, but I wouldn’t say they’re my go-to as some are expensive and others can have pretty weird stuff.. (I’m looking at you, Forever 21).
Where is your favorite store to shop at? Let me know in the comments and I’ll check them out!
