now that Selena is a little bit older, it’s nice to actually have some sort of routine going every night. but it’s not like you see online. it’s not fancy. the house isn’t perfectly clean, even AFTER i tidy up. i’m not wearing a cute pajama set. my body definitely hasn’t “bounced back”. 99% of the time i’m in leggings and a nursing bra with pumps stuffed in them. this is my reality, and i’m genuinely so happy. tired? absolutely. cozy? always. #motherhood #sundayevening #nightroutine #cozyliving #threemonthsold

my waist is the smallest part of my torso, which means it makes me look “skinnier” when i accentuate my waist. and there’s nothing wrong with me wanting to show off my waist! however, i have always believed i couldn’t wear an outfit i liked unless it was flattering to my figure. i constantly sacrificed comfort for the sake of showing people “hey i don’t actually look this big!” so i put on these very flattering pants and decided that i should just wear it with the matching oversized top, even though it makes me look “bigger.” and guess what? i’m SO comfy! set is from @popflex_active #postpartum #mombod #motherhood #midsize #midsizegals

one thing i want to try and do as a mother is NOT teach my daughter to be scared of bugs. i wish i wasn’t so terrified—it ruins my mood and makes me feel out of control of my body when i can’t help but run away when they come near me. i have absolutely ZERO idea how i will overcome this fear around her, so any advice is so helpful! until she’s old enough, i will continue hiding in cozy tents like this. 🫠 #motherhood #sunday #gratuitosfootpicyouaresowelcome
