I’m pretty confident we’re officially past the snow and breezing into Spring. I’m actually starting to see the grass grow and every year it’s always so exciting! Considering my job as a full time blogger, my Mac gets a lot of work hours in. It gets filled with photos, attachments, files, documents, screenshots, you name it. Honestly, I very rarely clean it and I recently have been dealing with a painfully slow Mac so it was time to clean it up!

CleanMyMac is a legit Mac cleaning app that actually does what it says it’ll do! Every time I use it, my Mac works so much faster and I can see from the log, all the unnecessary junk my laptop was carrying around.
I also seem to always forget that viruses are still a thing. I remember it being a huge issue with my older laptops and even first computer we ever had. It’s so important to clean your computer and make sure it’s safe from harm. Running the scan shows me if there are any harmful files on my computer, and luckily there hasn’t ever been but now my Mac is safe as new!
Aside from how well it works, the app itself is seamless and beautiful. It’s very user friendly, easily navigated by even the newest of Mac users. In fact, this is my very first Mac product aside from my iPhone, and I still don’t know how to use it very well! However, this app is super simple! Just click scan to start scanning your files. Then once it’s done, you need to click Run to actually clean up what it found during the scan. Simple as that! Once it’s done running, you can check the log and get more information on what exactly was found and cleaned from your Mac.
