Since I have started my blog two years ago, it has taken a lot of trial and error to get to where I am today with it. It all started with a free blog from WordPress and has evolved into my beautiful self-sustainable blog thanks to Bluehost. I was lucky to be able to attend the Bluetopia NYC 2019 event this year and it really made me appreciate everything they do to keep my blog running. Today, I’m going to be sharing a few photos from the event and talking a little bit about how I evolved my blog by using Bluehost. *This post is sponsored, but all opinions and writing are 100% my own.
Bluehost is a leading web hosting solutions company. They power over 2 million websites all around the world and support thousands more every single day. To put it in simpler terms, I like to think of Bluehost as being a spider web and my blog being the spider. They’re the host that supports and keeps my blog running quickly and smoothly. Bluehost provides me with everything I need to keep a secure, functional, and beautiful website!
Bluetopia NYC 2019
Bluetopia 2019 in NYC was such a fun and immersive event! Being able to step into each room and get a artistic look into the company that has helped me become a full time blogger was just an incredibly feeling.
My favorite room was the travel one. It actually made me feel so excited for my future and what I could do with my blog. The staff member gives you a pin depending on which one of these three you choose from. I chose the pin on where I would like to visit. I chose Paris! It may seem totally cliché and unrealistic to some, but putting the pin there gave me motivation. It made me feel like it absolutely was possible to travel and see the world because of my blog.
Each room was so special and had these little details that really warmed my heart! I had started my blog from this tiny little free site on WordPress (that’s right, I used to be www.thetinyherbivore.wordpress.com). My first few posts were awkward, I didn’t know what SEO was, what even a hosting site was, or what I was doing. In the past two years, I have learned so much about websites and how amazing they actually are. There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes and I am so proud that I get to have Bluehost by my side.
If you’re looking to start a blog, or want to elevate your own, use Bluehost. Seriously. I originally tried a different site. The transfer to Bluehost is the best decision I have ever made for my job. I can’t wait to continue on this journey and see where my blog will take me next! Thank you so much to Bluehost for having me at this event. Being able to meet so many of the people who make this company as great as it is was amazing!
