the amount of information there is available on social media is overwhelming more than it is helpful. am i doing everything right? am i eating enough? am i working out enough? will i be able to breastfeed? will she be healthy? am i doing enough pelvic floor work? did i pack my hospital bag right? does she have enough onesies? is this the right breast pump? it’s never ending. there’s so much information telling you what you should and should not do—sometimes they even contradict themselves. i have had to learn to start scrolling past these videos and rely on the moms around me for extra support, but i have also learned to trust myself. i can do this. and so can you. #pregnancyjourney #pregnancylife #cozyliving

2024 was such a big year for us! We got pregnant A

2024 was such a big year for us! We got pregnant AND bought a house. Normally they advise against two major milestones at once, but since the house was for our growing family, I like to think it’s an exception 💀. This year we slowed down from our old life where we’d travel more throughout the year, go out on excursions, and have more time for our personal hobbies. Instead we focused on getting the house (and nursery!) ready for our new arrival, worked twice as hard to prepare for her, and I took a much-needed break from my on-the-go personality to focus on rest and growing a healthy little one. Now with less than a couple months left (give or take), I’m so excited for 2025 to be the start of a new chapter for us. The nursery is almost done, I’ve made some new mom friends that have been so amazing, I have had the healthiest pregnancy I could, and I have let go of things from my past that disrupted my peace. Next year will be filled with so many lessons learned while we navigate this new world, but I am SO happy and grateful to have James’s family and my new friends for all the support 🥺💕. since our little girl isn’t here yet, we wanted

since our little girl isn’t here yet, we wanted to start the tradition of santa letters early. i can’t wait for her to read this one day. to know that, even in my belly, she is so important to us. 💕

Dear Santa,
We hope this letter finds you well at the North Pole, surrounded by joy, magic, and maybe a cookie or two. This year, we’re writing to you on behalf of someone very special—our daughter. She hasn’t arrived yet, but even though she’s still growing in her cozy little world, we already know how strong and special she is.
She may not be ready to join us under the tree this year, but every day she’s been working so hard, kicking, stretching, and growing. She’s already taught us so much about patience, hope, and love. We know she will bring so much light into this world.
So, Santa, when you’re making your rounds, dont forget our little girl. She doesn’t need gifts wrapped in bows—though we know she’ll have plenty waiting one day—but maybe you can sprinkle a little extra magic her way. Keep her safe, happy, and healthy as she gets ready to meet us. Let her know she’s already so loved and wanted, and that we can’t wait to hold her in our arms.
